Mr.
Willie Fields, President,
is a seasoned Information Technology executive with more than thirty years of
experience spent primarily with Xerox and Kraft Foods. Recently retired from
Kraft Foods, Mr. Fields was the Director of Sales Customer Service systems
responsible for the planning and execution of business systems initiatives for
the Sales Customer Service organization. In that position he managed a staff of
100+ professionals and mangers and a budget of $10 million. One of his major
accomplishments is the successful integration of the Nabisco Sales Customer
Service business functions into Kraft Foods operations systems portfolio.
Mr.
Fields is a member of Society Information Management and IT Senior Management
Forum professional organizations. He is a member of the Howard University
School of Business Technology Advisory Council that he formerly chaired.
Mr.
Marshall Wordlaw,
Principal,
is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 15+ years working as
a HR generalist and senior recruiter for several technology companies. Mr. Wordlaw has
lead the staffing initiatives of technology professionals to support major
project engagements for such companies as Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq,
Comdisco, Sears and Kraft Foods.
Mr. Wordlaw has
a MS in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Loyola University of Chicago
and a BS Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
